  : Location is good, quiet place, no noises from neighbours or cars. Rooms are comfortable and well heated in winter.Outside siting area and the BBQ facility are great for spring and summer.Jagodina at all is good city.
  : Inside siting/cooking area is not for more than 4 people.Bathroom needs to be renovated, after taking a shower entire floor is underwater.

  : The house is very sweet. There is one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. We were two families with totally four kids traveling. There is enough place for all of us. The air condition is only in the living room. But we didnt need it. It was cool in the evening. There is Moskito net on the window so you can open them. The garten and Terrasse is adorable. So beautifully done, well taken care of and quiet. We were sitting a lot outside. You can even grill if you want. We didnt try though. You have almost everything you need in the kitchen. From cooking equipment to coffee and sugar. The owner even brought us cold rakia which worth a 10 based on our friend who tried it :) The location is awesome from my point of view. Its at the end of the street facing a quiet corn field. I could sit there whole day long and just looking at the waves in the corn field. It far away from the crowd in the center but close enough to reach within 5 minutes drive. I will definitely recommend to everyone.
  : The water power at the shower was a bit weak. The toilet tank got clamped couple of times. But nothing you cannot fix in 10 seconds. Not critical.

  : The host was very friendly in email correspondence. Personally I was unable to see him, because we arrived very late, he put the key of the house into a box in front of the window. He sent me also photos of this box in which we could find the house key easily. The house is gorgeous with a small garden.
  : Unfortunately the bathroom, kitchen and sofa in the living room is out of the date. They should be renovated. The house was not really clean. In the bedroom the window ledge was very dusty. The towels and bed sheets didnt seem to be new. These things didnt give me any good impression about the property.

  : The house was cozy and in a quiet part of town (except for the neighbour's big dog barking). It fit our family of 4 adults, one toddler and a small dog - and we enjoyed all the benefits of having our own kitchen and living room.
  : The communication with our host was difficult as he didn't seem to understand most of our questions. Also, on the photos you don't see the steep staircase that leads to the second-floor rooms. My husband and I were not comfortable coming up and down with our baby in our hands on such a staircase, so the only option was for us to sleep in the small first-floor bedroom. The baby's bed in the bedroom made the wardrobe very hard to reach and the space in the room - very limited. Limited storage space was an issue for us because we travel with a lot of baby luggage and had to keep everything in suitcases on the floor. Lastly, I am afraid of dogs and the neighbour's dog was kept unleashed most of the time, and wasn't friendly. This made me very uncomfortable.
