  : There was absolutely nothing good about this property.
  : We checked in and the pool was out of service. Then we go to our room. It smelled so bad. My daughter went to sit on the bed. It was nothing but a box spring mattress. She went to use the bathroom and it was disgusting. We then went up front to cancel, the guy said we couldn’t but he could get us a different room. The next room was just as bad. We slept on top of the blankets. The next morning, I canceled for the next night. He said we would get a refund within 7-10 business days. I didn’t receive it as of today, so I called again. For the 2nd time a customer service rep said I will have a manager call you. I have never received a call from a manager. Then she advised me today that I had to contact booking for the refund. For almost a month now, these people lied. I had been advised twice that a manager would call and never have. I will never stay with a Quality inn again. I used to praise this hotel. Sad for it to be considered a choice hotel.
