  : Location was good. The airport shuttle and included breakfast were convenient.
  : Property is a little on the older side, and is maintained, but could use updates. We booked 2 reservations for before and after a trip. The first time was okay - staff was not friendly (did not greet us, or look up til we said something and didn't have much to say), but not rude. The room was dated - very small bathroom and old carpet, beds just okay, but clean. Second time, staff was very nice - however there was a sizeable leak coming from the air conditioner that had flooded the carpet on that side of the room. When we told the front desk, they were very kind, but they were unable to move us since they were fully booked. We had to leave and find a room elsewhere.

  : My room was not the cleanest and the sofa was highly stained. I expected a cleaner room but was very unsatisfied with the one I got.

  : We were on a family trip and rented two separate rooms. The rooms were not clean and there was mold in one of the showers. The lobby, breakfast area, and hallways were extremely hot and smelled sour. The rooms had no microwaves and it was told to us AT CHECKOUT that we have to request one be brought to our rooms. I've never heard of such! One room was above the pool and there was a party poolside that continued until nearly 3 am. The smell of smoke from cigarettes and Marijuana was so strong that my I had a severe asthma episode. It was posted that this was a smoke free establishment and that the pool closes promptly at 10 pm.

  : The hotel was very clean, and the staff was excellent. Will definately stay again if I come to Jacksonsville.
