  : It wasn’t too bad but not great . Could’ve been worse ig. However I did like that it came with a kitchen .
  : The location was eh , I didn’t like that it didn’t mention you had to pay for parking which I think is really crappy and just an extra way to make money basically a scam there is no where that says it is required by law and that’s what I was told . I do not like being lied to . There are plenty of hotels that don’t charge for parking unless u get valet parking that I understand but I didn’t . Also some of the front desk ladies kept looking at my husband with disgusted looks for no reason . They weren’t really nice to him either and that is just bad customer service . Did not appreciate that at all . Also did not like the fact I was charged an additional $100 for a deposit or whatever and that was also not shown when I had booked the room . So I found out I had to pay for both parking and that when I got to hotel not beforehand . I understand if something happens and a charge happens with communication not just because more money is wanted type thing . I did get it back . That was the good thing. Last thing is the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Some upgrades to the rooms and hotel I think should be put in place to help make that aspect better and more worth it . And ofcourse better communication so there’s no surprises and or just an elimination of the parking fee and deposit unless deemed absolute necessary upon leaving or during the stay . Until then I’ll be booking elsewhere and not recommending this hotel . I do understand changes take a bit . I am in customer service and that type stuff does take time unfortunately. But it’s more due to the fact of how my husband was treated and I don’t want that to happen again on my next visit . Just being honest

  : The property was in a good location. Walking distance to the Riverwalk,10 min drive to the Jaguar Stadium and 25 min drive to Jacksonville Beaches and other beaches. TRY BB’s BRUNCH ACROSS THE STREET! Mimosas,handcrafted cocktails and chef inspired cuisine.
  : The elevators were out of service, it was inconvenient because we were on the 3rd floor.

  : Staff was really nice but the property it’s falling apart. My TV was broken, furniture was falling apart and breakfast complementary was coffee and granola bar..$40 less than other hotels in the area but definitely fora a reason.
  : Staff were really nice and it looks like they try to work with what they had but terrible conditions..

  : They say the staff make a hotel and in this case thats the truth!De Ron on reception couldn't have been more accommodating or friendly. He was so welcoming and professional. Excellent service and would recommend . Location is very good also

  : That there was a full kitchen.
  : There was a leak in the fridge, it smelled terrible in the entire hotel. Website says there is a shuttle-THERE IS NOT! There were bugs to include roaches, staff did not apologize or compensate me at all! Also lots of questionable people staying in and around the hotel.
