WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 6 years old to 17 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours.
In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist.
A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
Please note that, when booking on the date of intended arrival, property is only able to process the reservations 9:00 - 18:00.

Cleaning service is provided free of charge once a week. Additional cleaning service can be offered upon request at a surcharge.

Please be aware that a EUR 2 fee for entering the city of Jūrmala is in effect between April 1 and September 30.
