: The rooms were huge, very modern furniture, very clean and beautiful. Spacious living room we could work from. 2 bedrooms & a bathroom - very good location & beautiful property inside and out.
: We booked at this place twice within the same week (a total of 4 nights). We only skipped one night mid-trip because we were invited to a wedding there & slept for that night at the venue of the wedding. The receptionist did not allow us to leave our luggage at their premises. We weren't asking to keep our stuff in the room overnight since we did not pay for it, but I find it hard to believe they did not have a closet, a box room or a luggage room where they could have kept it for us. The receptionist kept insisting (quite rudely) that our only option was to pay for an extra night and leave our luggage there. We felt this was unfair - paying for an extra night when we only needed a place to store the luggage (which is something everyone offers anyway), so we weren't asking for the moon. It was such a petty request, that we were honestly shocked to get that attitude and no resolution for such a small matter. Such a pity they would not go the extra mile to help their customers which have brought them good business there. Would not go there again only for their horrific customer service. Truly a pity as the property is beautiful.
