: Good accommodation for reasonable money. Very good base to explore the area and super contact with the owner. Beautiful view from the terraces to the sea.
: Apartments need to be refreshed, old equipment, non-functional bathroom and old furniture, but I understand that then the price would also be much higher.

: The apartment is spacious, with a lot of windows and two terraces. It was easy to ventilate it if you did not want to use air conditioning. Host Ioanna was very kind and welcoming. Views from the terraces were simply brilliant, overlooking Panteleiomonas beach up to Agios Nikolaos and partly over the bay where Voulisma lies. The air conditioning is fresh even though it turned itself off randomly. Parking is fun, but you better have a smaller car :) . In proximity, there are a lot of great restaurants and shops. The internet is rather unstable, but this is not the apartment's fault - if you switch to 4G you'll see the problem is with the ISPs, so it's an area thing.
: The shower curtain would be better be replaced by a plastic shower cage. A leaky toilet caused feet to be constantly in water, even if we dried the floor after showering.

: Its in the middle of Agios Nikolaos and Ierapetra. The apartment itself is ok,but
: We chose the apartment because of the location close to Voulisma Beach and in the middle of Agios Nikolaos and Ierapetra.But the village has nothing to offer.And the Voulisma Besch unfortunately is the dirtiest beach we ever saw in Crete.The apartment itself is ok. But it wasnt that clean.There have been hairs of the past guests on the sofa and in the bathroom and the beds/mattresses has to be changed.They are unbelievable uncomfortable and hard.We didnt had a good sleep. Also there are no Moskito nets.So you need to have any protection with you.Another point we have to mention is,that we asked about our dog before and got the answer,he is allowed.After check in,we received a message,that we should leave the dog in the balcony all the time. This is not the right way. If you confirm a pet before, you cant change your mind after arrival.
