: George the owner and his son are both very nice and friendly. They take care our all of our needs quickly with smiles. The owner has a restaurant on the ground floor with see view, food is delicious with reasonable price. Highly recommend this place.
: It takes very long for heating up the electric cooker. Therefore if you want to cook in the flat, mind enough time.

: very quiet appartment (1st floor) with sea view from balcony (around 150m from sea with only garden, no building between the appartment and the sea), romantic evening with star-studded sky (no city light to disturb the view). appartment for family (3 have 3 kids, 9 & 6 y and last was 7months) and Giorgio, the owner, is really friendly (Best point of the appartment). he has also the restaurant on ground floor and if anything was missing in the kitchen, he shared it from his restaurant. Giorgio gave us many fruits and vegetables, and his restaurant is very good. Just to have met Giorgio, we really enjoyed our stay. Very nice golden beach at 10 min walk
: Istro has not real interest for tourist, but quite well located to either visit Agios Nikolaos area or discover extrem est side of creta (geopark of sitia, est beaches). But a rental car is recommended and you shall expect around 2h drive for some destinations. Appartment is not fully complete, but the most important available and Giorgio a very friendly host.

: It is a large apartment with fun decoration and a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains down to the sea. The local stoney beach had good swimming and an abundance of birdlife.
: The road was noisier than we expected, but we got used to it. The hot water system and shower slightly defeated us
