  : Horrible air in the room(s). High humidity and aircondition was not working at any time. Entering my room was like entering a steam room. I could not sleep, and the hotel manager was unhelpful and did nothing to accomodate the situation. The staff does not speak english, and the hotel is located in a sketchy and dirty street. right across was an abanded building and a big smelly pile of rubbish. The bed was not good either. Also, the area Taksim is not pleasant at all and full of scammers. The only positive thing about the hotel was that the cleaning lady was nice and the rooms clean. Avoid this hotel and this area!!! It is not a pleasant stay and hard or impossible to sleep. I have reported my experience to Booking.com and expect a refund, since the hotel cannot deliver as promised on booking.

  : I like the staff Emin and his colleagues we can ask anything that we need inside the house. Also, our things are secure especially when we decided to travel with my bestie going to Capadoccia and only Emin I could ask for it so it's convenient for us to enjoy the place.
  : The stairs are too much small for us to carry all our luggage also the air conditioning is not quite good when we came back.

  : We had 2 rooms for 2 couples. It was pretty clean, on a first glance - the sheets, the towels etc. We found some water, some instant coffee and some tea in the room. We also got some slippers. The stuff is nice and trying to help.
  : In one room there were some mold spots on the ceiling. In one room we found 3 cockroaces. In the last night we spent here, it was cold. The heating system didn't work. The air conditioning didn't work. The guy from the reception tried to fix our issue, but the conclusion was that there are technical problems and there isn't much to do. Let me say that in one of the rooms the problem seemed to be the remote control of the air conditioning and we let it at the reception in the morning but nothing was changed in the evening. He brought us an electric heater for one room but told us that there is no other left for the other room. After 30 minutes he came with a second electric heater but it was all broken and dangerous. Luckily the room is small and as we were two people under a blanket it was fine. The place is closed to taksim square, but keep in mind that in the evening it lookes kind of dangerous. Not very reliable people on the streets.

  : Value For money.(25 euro/ night)Very close to Taksim square.In a few minutes walk you are close to istiak street, Taksim square, Taksim metro station ( you can use Istanbul cart on metro to reach anywhere in Istanbul without the issue of traffic,a cost effective way of traveling)
  : No lift,my room was on the 3rd floor.The aircon was broken,the guy in reception said I can't check it until the next day, advised me to leave the balcony door open.The room is very small.
