: When we came they told us there are no rooms for us.We were very tired after long travel and helpless .Boy from reception said you just booked we didnt take your money as it is normal to leave us on street .He told my husbad that it is normal to be left on street even if you booked because it is Istanbul.After we insisted to have our rooms they said ok we will leave someone else on street for which i am thankful...Rooms are worn our nothing is working properly and everuthing is broken noice from street...They have as small foot towel for shower, there was no curtain on window but a bed sheet, also in the whole hotel only one card to open the room with this same card one can open all rooms.We asked is this normal they said customers have lost all cards...Guys this is not how business should be done!!!
