  : The location next to Galata tower was nice. Was easy to walk around to Istiklal and nearby places. Public transport was near by. The area is on a slope so can be bit of a climb but taxis do move around. The staff was very good and cooperative. Ibrahim especially ensured we had something in veg at breakfast always which was nice of him

  : The cleaning service was very nice, always gave us water, toilett paper and did not disturb. The location is good, but be careful if you travel with old people - you always have to go up and down the hill, which was rather extreme for my parents. Breakfast is boring, but for the price we paid - ok. Lunch boxes at check out in the morning were nice.
  : We ordered 3 single beds room, but they gave us 1 single bed + 1 double bed. The room was very noisy, with only one dark window. The conditioner didn't work, thanks God the weather was not hot. But again - the price is good, so there is nothing to complain, just expect everything you've paid for, not more :) The rate of the hotel on this site is actually too high and doesn't reflect the reality. When we cheked in, the manager told us we have 20% discount in a restaurant downstairs. Be very careful with that!! always ask for a check and pay directly after the meal, not at the check out as they would say. We offered a bottle of wine, and first they ''forgot'' the discount, later they told us the discount was only 10%, and didn't give us any receipt. All this looks like turkish cheating, I was tired of these games. Better to go outside and eat somewhere else.

  : Fantastic location - close to Galata tower and in walking distance to Karaky ferry and Galata bridge. Good breakfasts. Nice and polite staff. It was quiet in the hotel during our stay.
  : The air conditioner in one of our rooms didn't work the first night. It was very difficult to stay in the room where the temperature was around 28 degrees Celsius. The receptionist wasn't able to solve this problem unfortunately - there was no other room offered.. Only the next day the problem was solved.Rooms need renovation..

  : We especially liked and are very grateful to Mehmet, our receptionist. We were unlucky with our departure on May 1st, because all streets and transportation were closed, so no taxi would come to pick us to the airport. Thankfully to Mehmet, he found a way to book us a taxi and led us to the meeting point, and even waited for more than an hour with us to make sure our taxi arrives. If not for Mehmet, we would have missed our flight! I am really greateful for You, Mehmet, our hero!
  : It was not as clean as expected, lots of dust under the bed. Other than that, everything was great.

  : Windows of the room were inside the building, so it was hard to understand whats the weather was outside.

  : stayed at this hotel this week and I want to say that the hotel is NOT 4 stars! The shower cabin is very small, you barely have room to enter. The room should have a chair, or more hangers in the closet! Otherwise, the staff is fantastic, they help you in any problem, Mehmet is a very attentive person with the guests. We had a big surprise one day, when we returned from the city and found a beautiful surprise in the door, a message nice and an attention from the hotel! As for the location, it is very close to the Galata Tower and Istiklal Boulevard.
  : Very small bathroom, too few hangers, no chair in the room!

  : We arrived late at night. The receptionist told me that because of an IT issue our room was no longer available and that they had to move us to a different property. He said they emailed us but I didn't receive any email. The other property was a short walk and the room they gave us was dramatically different from the photos of the room I booked. We booked a room with three single beds, but this had a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and it was soiled from the previous guests. However, when we complained the next morning they did move us to a room more closely resembling the room I booked. Despite being put in this room, it should be noted that the staff were overall quite kind, polite, and professional otherwise.

  : Old building, stairs are very weirdly shaped which makes going up and down with luggage hard, we were on the last floor and the room had windows on the ceiling and if if was raining you couldnt open them and it got very hot in the room. Breakfast selection was poor.
