  : the location is the only thing we liked.
  : When we first arrived to the hotel there was no one to help us with our luggage, expressing that they do not offer this service and we have to take care of that ourselves.We had a non smoking room and the hotel is a non smoking hotel as we know how ever we couldnt disregard the strong smell of smoke in our room ,day and night, from the room next to us . In the bathroom we can over hear other people talking in other rooms.The most shocking incident was the sudden lack of water in the bathroom, and we called to inform them that there was no water in the bathroom at 8:00 AM , the time where we wake up and use the bathroom and wash our face and etc., they told us its okay , its a central thing at 10:00 AM the water will come back!The room window doesnt close fully and we were asked at the reception not to touch it because its broken, so know the street we are in its noisy and mosquitoes easily enter the room .We had an empty mini fridge in the room so we asked for water as a minimum.We also didnt have tissue paper in the room and when we ask the staff that they told us that they do not have a got us toilet rolls instead! Last but not least, we didnt have any slippers in the room so we also called the receptionist and there answer was we are a boutique hotel !Save your money and go else where!

  : The secretariat at the entrance was composed by two young boys smiling. The location is good although noisyThe room was sunny
  : Absence of water for more than one day.Incapacity to address our disappointment.The structure doesn't provide any service despite despite pictures of the bar and the terrace. Everything is abandoned after the covid crisis. Nevertheless the pictures are misleading.The bedroom and the bathroom miss maintenance. Broken stuff
