  : We had some issues with the original room, but the staff were amazing, resolved it immediately by swapping the room. Because of the current circumstances the breakfast is served in the room only, sorry to miss the rooftop terrace. Everyone was really kind and acommodating, the facilities are good and clean, wifi works well, the location is the best - very central but quiet.

  : I liked the location. The room was good. Breakfast was OK. The hospitality of the reception guy was exceptional, he was a great dude and made sure we got the most on our hotel.
  : I dont recommend getting a room without a city view.

  : Clean, accessibl, perfect location for travelers in a Taksem area, comfortable and clean rooms.
  : Breakfast without any choice ,I think because of the covid 19 .big disadvantage was that for late check out, there is a full extra night charge including breakfast cost, I left 5 hours after check out time, I think it was possible to settle for a half night cost or a night cost without breakfast.On the second night the room was'nt cleaned and no towels were changed

  : “Basement type rooms” I decided to take the cheapest option (named “Superior Room”) knowing well that hotel offers more expensive rooms. Unfortunately, neither on booking.com nor on hotels’ website there is absolutely no information (room description or gallery) that such room has no external window, instead of there is a “balcony” with view of the concrete wall covered with wooden plywood and artificial plants. There is no daylight nor fresh air and you may have a feeling you are in prison or basement. Such a room makes you feel claustrophobic. Such feature means you will wake up tired, having problems with falling asleep of even breathing. Moreover, there are six floors with such rooms and may hear echo when some chats on balcony or even couple having sex. I was really shocked that 4-star hotel offers such “basement type” rooms. - Behind the hotel is a club with live music every day. If you want to take a nap of even go to sleep after 7:00 PM, forget about it. You must wait until 12:00 AM. I’m fully aware hotel doesn’t have an impact on it, but it certainly has an impact on customers who are tired and want to take a rest. - We had room on the first floor, it means you are going to hear every phone ring or chat by reception or even noise from the kitchen in the middle of the night. Good luck with sleeping after seeing the city I have asked for a refund but unfortunately, I got such reply. Dear Guest, Please Read carefully writes all explanations, Unfortunately we are unable to make any payment, thank you for your understanding. It is very strange that you ask for a refund !!!
