  : Staff was very very helpful, even the non english speaking people at night. Taxi service to the airport - normal pre-booked taxi with a taximeter was amazing, you should request the same for the airport to hotel service, much better and less expensive than the private company.
  : Hot water not working on the 1st day but it was fixed the 2nd date. The bed was a bit too soft. Breakfast could have more options, especially during the weekend that the hotel is full, they need to fill-up the dishes more quickly and add options.

  : The hotel is very nice, the bedroom was huge and had excellent storage, a large bathroom and great tv/wifi. The location is perfect if you want to access shops and restaurants literally 30 seconds around the corner.
  : I booked the hotel as it said there is a swimming pool for my 5 year old. It turned out to be a freezing cold plunge pool for after the steam/sauna. On the first night we were woken up 3-4 times by a very loud noise coming from the bathroom which sounded like a vibrating motor engine. Once we woke up and told the staff they were quick to fix it. As you're in a busy area you should expect to hear cars horning, groups of people out late making a bit of noise. I was also disappointed with the breakfast. I have been to Turkey several times and have always loved the breakfast but when we turned up half hour before breakfast ended, a lot of food was finished and not re-filled. I asked the lady working there to make some scrambled eggs and she said its finished. It was only really when I spoke to the manager, who was very accommodating, that they brought some more bread, eggs etc and were apologetic. If you're expecting a classic Turkish breakfast it's on the simple side.

  : Great room with interesting, high quality furnishing. We loved the location and the rooftop where breakfast is served, with views across the Golden Horn. The staff (especially cleaning and concierge) were all great. The location of the hotel is perfect: walking distance to loads of restaurants, the boats to other parts the city, Istanbuls best shopping street (Istiklal) and Sultanahmet.
  : The spa was basic, but met expectations given room rate.
