  : Brilliant location! We got the room we requested for, so it was perfect! I feel the people who work at Lord Morgan make it much more special. Super kind and helpful. Always ready for a chat and making sure they arrange everything for you. Big shout out to Nargis, who through out short encounters, suggested some brilliant places to explore in Istanbul. Special mention for Davlet, he stayed up late chatting about things from Istanbul to his home town and made sure to tell us all the tricks and tips to roam around in Istanbul. Look for them the next time you are in Istanbul and staying at Lord Morgan!
  : The washroom needs maintenance - the jacuzzi kept leaking leaving the floor wet everytime we took a shower!

  : Clean big room and we got upgraded to bigger room for the same price. some of the personal were very nice (except for the one was in the reception on the first night). They provide us with water and helped us to book a taxi to the airport and answered all the needed questions
  : on our arrival after long way of carrying our bag we were tired and wanted to get in our room. The guy in the reception asked us to pay up on front and only cash acceptable we asked to pay with the card machine wasnt working. he insisted on paying before getting in the room and we had to open all our bags to find collect the needed 300 cash. He also didnt want to give us payment invoice untill we insisted

  : Location is perfect. Staff very helpful. We were so thankful to Nargis at the reception for all her help and tourist spots. She even ordered us food late night after a long day.
  : Rooms could be cleaned better. While we were very happy to get the terrace room with Jacuzzi, the plants were all dead and water was leaking in the bathroom when using the jacuzzi.

  : On check in, the property did not have my room available and did not have any other rooms in the hotel available. They moved me to their other hotel in an area I did not want to be in. They downgraded me from a queen size room to a double room. There was a man that traveled with me from the airport. The property relocated him to the same hotel as me and tried putting him in the same room as me. This was completely inappropriate as we were not traveling together. We had separate reservations. I asked to cancel my reservation and they refused to cancel. I had no choice but to sleep one night at this other hotel and I left the next morning and found somewhere else to stay. This other man continued to stay at their hotel and because they think we were traveling together the property thinks I continued staying at their hotel and wont give me a refund. I had a separate reservation under my own name. I was entitled to a 50% refund because I requested a cancellation the day of check in. They refuse to give me a refund. I had every right to request a refund as the room I booked and paid for was not available and I could not stay in the location of their other hotel. This property is in violation of the terms and conditions.

  : The location was good once we eventually got to stay in our hotel.
  : We were moved to another hotel an hour away from our original hotel. No attempt was made to contact us. The manager promised us a discount on a hamam and a free taxi to the airport when we checked out to make it right. None of that happened. He said he couldn't do the discount on the hamam as that was the full price and the taxi to the airport we had to pay as it was only 1500 lira. The rooms looked ok on the surface but everything was old, things were broken and glued together, the beds were old and were lumpy and to top it off the light just above the shower was leaking water. It was very dangerous as my wife was taking a shower when it started to leak. I was not impressed with this hotel. The manager would say anything to your face if you had a complaint and when it came time to hour whatever he said he would find an excuse to go back on his word. A slimy character. AVOID THIS PLACE.

  : This was the 2nd time we stayed in this hotel, we liked it very much even though we had an issue with the room in our first visit however it was resolved the next day swiftly thanks to Mr. Vusal.We had a free room upgrade which had a Turkish Hamam, it was amazing.The staff are very nice, helpful and professional special thanks to Ms. Nargas & Mr. Vusal for everything.
