  : I really enjoyed my stay in Patika Suites apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, host was very kind and polite, offered help if we needed it and was always available by phone. From bedroom could see Galata tower and at evening it became more charming because of the lights. All around was antic shops and was interesting walk around those streets.

  : The place was in a quit area, Nice shops around and not so far away from small restaurants for breakfast.
  : It started with the taxi: he stood at the wrong airport despite the fact we had given all the information about our flight. We were on the first floor, the Pink Sapphire. The apartment didnt look like the pictures at all. The sitting room was not very cozy. You almost couldnt sit around the table in the kitchen with 3. There were no towels in the kitchen to dry your hands or clean something with. In the cupboard where the bread toaster was there where old breadcrumbs inside. There was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom and hair in the shower. The shower was not working properly, sometimes hot water but very often we got cold rain while showering. After several complains with the ownerabout it, nothing was done. The balcony was under water for the most of our stay (6 nights). The wardrobe didnt close properly in the master bedroom, so the doors stayed open all the time. Dust on the bed lamps. One time we came home late evening, there had been someone inside ( most probably the cleaner which we didn t Asked for), left all the windows open and the television on. Our towels were gone and no new ones were replaced. Poor value for the money we had to pay (650 euro for 6 nights)

  : The bed was very bad, shower drainage waterwas broken and water was everywhere. Door lock was broken and they provided paddle lock.Internet was not working. The floor was broken.
  : Everything was horrible me and my wife got sickheadache and fever due to did not sleep onbroken bed also it was making noise when we were turning the side. They put two maters onthe bed as bed was broken. This apartment messed up our whole trip. We stayed sameapartments thee times and third time they givenus very bed room. It was better we stay on thestreet or in jail. Blood and white spots were onduets/blankets and we did not use them. I have attached all pics.

  : Location was perfect.You have everything nearby from some of the most visited sightseeings and also a lot of museums.Also with grocery shops and restaurants no problems.Hosts also were really welcoming and always there if you needed help.Another plus very quiet if you need good rest.
  : Mostly everything was excellent except maybe I would prefer to put more attention on the cleanliness of the bed sheets and shower door was not fully closing/kept opening up.

  : Great location, spacious, good bedding, one bed excellent. Kitchen excellent. Good heating.
  : Heating wasn't turned on till we arrived, the apartment only warmed up as we were leaving. We lost power one evening due to work by municipality in the area. We were literally in the dark for a while. An uninterrupted power supply for a little light would be helpful. Door intercom/release for apartment 4 didn't work.
