  : Not one word of English, no helpful information that's expected in a small private boutique hotel. Nobody told us when or where breakfast was. We had no phone number, only Booking.com as a point of contact. No one answered us the entire time. The AC leaked water all over.

  : The view of the rooftop is great. And its closed to the metro station.
  : 1. We sent the message abt our flight info in the afternoon/morning and ask how we could go there, but didnt receive any reply.When we arrived, we couldnt find the address - u need to find the key at the designated location first, and then find the room card. It's disappointing that they didn't send us the information ahead of time.We asked through WhatsApp, and the staff not only called me by other people's names, but also rudely asked me to check it with ur fingers2. Found a huge bug in the room when we were going to bed3. My friend and I both felt itchy when we woke up the next day, thinking that the sheets or quilts were unclean.

  : The manager came to find me a few blocks away because I only had an address and some of the street names are missing on corners. She took me back to the hotel, checked me in and arranged a taxi for early the next morning.
  : Loka Suites has been carved out of an old apartment building, so each room is different. There are four flights of stairs to the breakfast room and no elevator. And my room was on two levels, making trips to the bathroom at night dangerous. There was also a lot street noise and loud music, although it was Saturday night. I had to use earplugs.

  : The reception lady was friendly and helpful! The beds were comfy. The room was cleaned every day. There are lots and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. You can reach the boulevard in a short walk of about 5 minutes. The breakfast was basic: hard-boiled eggs, different types of cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, peanut pasta, olives, simit, sausages, tea, coffee, and cookies. There were always fruits on the table. Despite being located on a busy street, it was quiet at night.
  : There was no elevator, and our room was on the 3rd floor. My children and I had to carry our heavy suitcases ourselves. The hotel door is tiny, and we missed it at the beginning. We made two laps around the building and couldn't find the place. We called the reception, and a lovely lady came out and met us. There is no trash can in the room, only in the bathroom, so if you want to throw out banana peels or a candy wrap, you take it to the bathroom, which could have been more convenient. There should be one near the door in the main room.
