  : When I paid for my room at this hotel, I was charged almost twice as much as the original discount. I did not expect the price to change at the time of payment and immediately asked the hotel to return the price difference or cancel the reservation for free, as I could not stay at them for this amount. The hotel didnt tell me until two days later that it refused to return my money. During this time I booked other apartments at the right price, and it was no longer possible to stay in the hotel. The Customs Service team also did not help me in this situation, saying that the hotel has the right not to return the money in case of a paid cancellation. Also, the Customs Service didnt even respond to my last message, in which I sent out screenshots with a difference in the promised and real amount of payment. So I can not recommend this hotel, as my vacation, they significantly spoiled. No help, no desire to understand this situation was neither from the hotel nor from the Booking. I recommend you stay away from this hotel, as, in the event of a dispute, you will be completely defenseless.

  : I was not given the right room at first night and requested clean sheets as the existing one was used with many hairs and some bugs on it and the duvet had blood on it. Staff just gave me the sheet with no intention to clean or make it. Next morning I complained and then I was moved to the real "standard room" with no apologies. I had to ask for Wi-Fi as well as the existing one did not have any signal besides no mobile data due to the location. The price reception gives to the customers in person was much lower than online price. It was a very disappointing experience at all!

  : The location is very close to Kardikoy central, 5/6 minutes walk away from the food and shopping facilities. The bathroom was very nice, looked like it was newly renovated.
  : My wifi was not very good, did not connect in the room and when it did the service was very slow. My room had a whole in the wall that didnt look very good.

  : It is well localise, near everything social activities.
  : It was dirty, nobody came to clean the room, not enough paper toilet need to ask the reception. There was no window in the room, so smell humidity and the ventilation was very noisy.

  : I did not like anything about this hotel, the room was dirty, there was mold in between the tiles in the shower, the floors were dirty, the bathroom still had hairs of the previous guess that stayed in the room, the safe had no batteries so it did not work when I told the staff they replaced it with another safe which also did not work with the batteries, overall it was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.
