  : The breakfast was a wide variety of food; an option for most people. The location was very good; you are just off the main road which walks you to all the attractions. The tram is also available if you wanted to use it. The room was quite pleasant. The bathroom was clean and nicely decorated; it was very good value for money. The rooftop was open but not really up and running due to the weather. It has a pool and seating area. There was ongoing decorating works but that didn't affect us.
  : Probably the paper thin walls and noise from the outside at anytime; i.e prayers at 04.40 and delivery drivers.

  : The location of the hotel is good - literally 15-20 minutes away is the Grand Bazaar, Sultan Ahmet Square and other attractions. Nearby there are numerous small shops with fruits and basic products. There is also a metro and bus stop within walking distance. Breakfast was relatively varied (compared to other hotels), mainly scrambled eggs, potatoes, roasted vegetables. There were also fresh vegetables, cereals, cheeses and sausages. An even bigger plus was the presence of two elevators, which is especially valuable when you have suitcases. The staff met us halfway when we asked to leave our things for a couple of hours upon check-out. And also when they asked for a second blanket for separate beds. Cleaning upon request, but it's just taking out the trash, replacing towels and adding shower gels. It was nice that there were slippers in the room.
  : The room was dirty. Light socks turned black within half a day. My room was located near the elevator, and you could hear every movement (especially at night). Although they say at the reception that smoking is prohibited, the smell of smoke was sometimes heard through the ventilation. The windows of my room overlooked someone's restaurant and kitchen, which was not at all comfortable. Also, there are two sockets in the entire room, which are not located near the bed (but Im not an electrician, so I dont know if this can be fixed).

  : The WORSE hotel in Instabul . A month beforehand I booked a room for 3 adults. As i will be arriving in turkey from London at 6am Turkey time, They said to me if I want to sleep in the hotel before my check in time then I need to pay 65 euros extra. I said ok and we agreed via email and have screenshot available. I then got another email saying its 75 euros to stay before check in, so randomly they have changed the price or another colleague is trying to scam us , or the company dont know what prices they are doing, which shows they only care about money. I replied no we agreed 65 euros and didnt receive a reply. So once we arrived at the hotel today at 6am, they said there are no rooms and you can't go any room. I said no we agreed a room and payment for it and they said no u have to wait until 14:00 and i dont know about any emails, when i said ill show you proof but need wifi access to show emails, they said no we can only give u access to wifi once you check in and this is at 6am, so they made us wait 9 hours ,just sitting there nearly falling sleep on the reception table. Absolutely poor. Never ever go to a hotel that only care about money and not customers. The rooms are so small, it's like living in jail and the bathrooms Absolutely stink. I then said ,can we have 2 room cards ,as tonight I want to go out and parents will stay indoors, if I take their room card then they will have no light, so please give me extra one and he refused and said no we can only give one. The staff here are absolutely rude and useless. I have another 5 nights and wish I can cancel and get a refund but they said no refunds allowed. This Is only day 1, less than 24 hours and THE WORSE HOTEL IN ISTANBUL. There are so many other hotels in Instabul so I advice everyone to book them and never this hotel EVER

  : The hotel is really great and everybody is so nice and welcoming. The breakfast is good and the location is near the tram as well as bus station which is good for tourists to go everywhere in the city. I want to thank everyone working in the hotel, especially Mr.hacene and the manager

  : Some of the staff were really helpful and nice.
  : LOTS of mould on the walls - would avoid if traveling with children. Stained sheets. Room not cleaned when 'cleaned'. Shower head leaking. Shampoo and body wash dispenser was not working and so top was removed so you can use your hand to cup the shampoo or bodywash from the dispenser but wasn't refilled during the week so after three days, there wasn't enough in the dispenser to take out by hand to use. Fridge wasn't cold enough so milk and medicines went off too!!!
