  : We stayed 4 nights in this hotel, first night no Ac next day asked to change my room which was done almost straight away but smaller room, and very noisy neighbours complaint but got ignored could not sleep. asked for iron was told its broken and have to buy one from shop, manage to get iron on 4th day spoke to guy call Tulip at reception very nice guy gave me the iron. The younger staff need more training on customer service.

  : Only the breakfast was medium to good. The hotel was very close to metro station.
  : The room was old and all the appliances was old and broken. The air conditioning was very old and noisy and whatever temperature was the same. The mattress was not comfortable at all. The personnel was the worst. Let me explain this. We are leaving very early in the morning so we ask for a taxi. From the airport we pay 170 Turkish liras. The stuff told us that we can’t arrange a normal taxi to The airport because is was to early,so they arrange us a vip taxi that they know an we have to pay 250 Turkish liras(37 euro). When I asked him if I can pay in euro he ask me 50 euro. I said no and I paid him in liras. In the morning the vip taxi came. The god helped us... the taxi was an old van that inside smell very very bad, the driver want speak English at ALL the only word he knows was the “tip”. The car in the road seems to go 30 kilometers all the way and in a road without bumps you think to that it will broke to pieces. It was very hot and the air conditioning doesn’t working. When we arrived at the airport the drivers want of course a tip! I am traveling a lot, this was the worst trip ever.

  : Breakfast was great! The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly specially Nur. The location was excellent, only a few minutes walk from the Metro station. The beds were comfortable and the AC was good.
