  : Clean: Room was cleaned regularly ( daily to alternate days ), bed sheets and pillows covers were changed , towels and toiletries were stocked regularly ( almost every second day but earlier if requested). I am failing the name of the cleaning lady but she was very helping and professional.The property is old , furniture is old fashioned but clean .Location: 15 min walk to Sultanahmet area. We walked couple of time from our flat even with children. Nearest tram/train station walk is uphill but doable. But challenging in hot weather. Seaside is 4-5 minutes and we enjoyed walking along the shore most of nights .The flat is in a very lively and busy area with lots of restaurants. It seems to be quite famous with locals. Lots of local musicians at night , till 11-12 pm, in the restaurants.We personally did not mind but in fact enjoyed as our kids are good age now. The caretaker was Hamza. Excellent host. Polite, mannered, accommodating , responsive,accessible 24/7 and would come to flat within minutes if needed.Helped us ordering food through local delivery apps etc. He was even there in the morning of our check out to help us with luggage . The flats dont have designated conventional reception area but Hamza is always present and the restaurant team downstairs work as a informal reception. We reached late and had no issues in checking in .

  : Very good location and comfort stay. The only downside is that the bathroom was not functioning properly (water drains very slowly, shower doors are loose). But, overall a very good stay, have to mention specially about Hamza who is a manager/admin of the property and took care of us really well. I would suggests them to rectify the above problems swiftly and I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again there if needed in near future

  : We liked very much the cleaning lady, she helped us a lot during our stay and even she helped us in carrying our luggage, she was kind, polite, and strong mashallah Brother Furkan was very helpful at the beginning, during, and at the end of our stay, when we asked for an iron he emmediattly provided what we wanted.Also, the atmosphare out side is vibrant and wndorful. The staff of the restaurants around the hotel were very friendly and joyful. They made small gestures that was highly appropriated.Definitely, the place is worth every penny.
  : Unfortunately, there were no elevator but that was not a problem.

  : The Management was pro-active and very helpful. The property was very clean
  : This hotel as with most buildings in the old city of Istanbul did not have an elevator. Going up and down with a checked baggage through the spiral ladder was difficult. H acing said that, the apartment manager Fakrun was always there to help with our luggage.

  : The hotel is located in Kumkapi district of Istanbul at the street full of restaurants. It is 10-15 minutes walking time to Sultan Ahmet, Aya Safia, etc.
  : Loud noise from the nearby restaurants. Also, you need to climb up the long hill to get to the nearest tram or metro station.
