  : Hotel staff especially everything time not good behaviour and I booked hotel with air conditioning but only fan working and in toilet no tissue no towels shampoo they dont have tv remote

  : Perfect location in the heart of Istanbul.My flight was delayed, and I arrived around 1am -- the guys kindly waited for me and let me inside my room. I'm super grateful for that.
  : Troubles to negotiate in English: when I realized, I am to be late I tried to call the hotel and ask if I may arrive later (as Booking indicates, the check in is till midnight). But they answered they don't understand me.Super dirty: hairs on the bed (I wondered, how many people slept on the same lbed sheets before me), insects running over me the whole night... for some reason I looked into the fridge-- I would forget it if I could.The room was dead: A/C didn't work (in summer, with 0 air coming from the open window), light switch in the bathroom laid next to the wall, the doors in the shower were not working).

  : Location and receptionist Aisha very friendly and helpful as possible.
  : Cleanliness, found occasional cockroach wondering around on the wall as well as in the bathroom near the shower window. Shower can not held up on the wall mount because all broken. AC was not reliable for in hot weather. AIr Condition didnt work in one room so they had to move me on my request but took a time.
