  : The location is nice, it is indeed fairly quite given it is very close to the tourist area. The staff can be reached via whatssapp. Very cute cats live in the yard.
  : The room is tiny. I found the pictures misleading because in our room there was essentially no bathroom: the sink was on top of the desk and the shower cabin in the corner of the room itself (water pressure only allowed to use hand shower). The toilet was put into a small closet in the corner yet the door offered no sound isolation whatsoever. As a wardrobe one has 3 hangers on the rail. It would be ok for 1 person but not as a double room. We had issues with the internet. The bed (in particular pillows) were really uncomfortable. I was very disappointed.

  : The staff are nice people and the location in the city is good
  : The "best" room is really tiny, there is no elevator and the stairs are steep. No fridge or anything. No closet to store clothes. The windows have no shades and it's really sunny really early. The water stream is really really weak it's almost impossible to take a shower. It's expensive for the value you get.

  : they charged me from my card without my permission while I went to exchange my money the very morning I arrived although I insisted I would pay in cashalso the room was very small and the receptionist closed at 4 so checking out we had to pick up our luggage and go to the airport at 4 although our flight was at 11 oclock at night so we lost a whole afternoon

  : The hotel has a marvelous location in the very center of the Galata neighborhood. It's very close to the cute little shop and cafes, and in case you want to buy some food, the grocery store is 2 minutes down the street. Also, you only need a short 5-7 minute walk to the Galata tower. The rooms had great interior design.
  : I would say noise insulation is the biggest problem here. There is a very loud creaky old staircase that all guests use to get to their rooms. And it was quite hard to get some sleep hearing people walking up and down this staircase. Some people deliberately tried to walk as quietly as possible, but honestly, it didn't help. Another problem is that the building has the common entrance and the guests of the hotel could come as late as 3-4 in the morning. Groups of people could stand right underneath the windows, have a smoke and chat, and it wouldn't be a problem at all if the hotel had good noise insulation in the rooms, which I'm afraid, they don't. I was also quite upset with the size of the bed, it was impossible for us (a couple, and we're both slim!) to sleep together on this bed. It really seemed that it's not designed for two people to sleep on it. Although, I have to say, it's a perfect bed for 1 person. One last thing that made me surprised and disappointed at the same time (I'm not sure if this happens all the time, or just once a week / a month): when my parents were staying on the 1st floor of the hotel, some random guy started banging on the common door of the hotel in the middle of the night, shouting and demanding to speak with the hotel's owner.

  : pillows - too hard for me and too big. A shower cabin is located right in the room next to the bed and it's very small - which is not seen in the photos while booking and the water pressure in the show is very weak. The luggage room is available till 5 pm only and if you have a late flight it's a problem.
