  : Beds were comfortable. Local people were nice.
  : The wifi connection was bad, we couldnt connect to anything the air con was not cooling the room The day staff were not helpful, they would watch me struggle with the wheelchair but wont offer help.

  : Room was quite large but the location was the best. Walking distance to the Grand Bazaar, blue mosque etc. Lovely friendly area not to touristy.
  : The shower wasn't too clean and the rooms didn't look like the photos. No pictures on the walls and a bit drab

  : Location was okay not that bad but its a very long walk. Going to central places where you want to have good quality food .
  : This hotel, I would never recommend to anyone to go and stay because of the hygiene cleanliness and also staff are not that friendly they pick and choose who to speak to, and who not to ! Be careful this hotel has bedbugs and my sister was suffering with her three children. Daughter suffered a lot with bedbug on her skin.

  : The location was okay, but not that great because after all we have to take taxis here and there to go places so its bit pricey !
  : Number one I couldnt sleep the first night all the loud noise people were banging on the hotel doors and were opening and closing their bedroom doors . Its not quiet hotel and you can hear building construction work going on ! a lot of noise and the staff I didnt really like them I find them rude . My bedroom was very dirty inside. Its got mould in the bathroom ,the light in the bedroom hanging down its very dangerous, and that was on top my bed when I was sleeping with my daughter. In Turkey I dont think they understand whats health and safety is ! Cupboards in the bathroom are broken , full of dust and we had bedbugs on my bed and my sons bed as well and The bugs were eating my poor little daughter therefore I had the worst day of my life, staying at the hotel I was counting my days to go back to UK. Please do not go to this hotel its rubbish and there is no cleanness I had to book this hotel last minute because I had a cancellation booking Therefore I had no choice to take this hotel so misleading and the picture looks beautiful on the website how you see its nothing like that they are scammers ! At night times you see the staff relaxing outside, mingling around with womans , they make so much noise , and thats right outside my window and I couldnt sleep and then I went to tell the man down stairs he , quickly run upstairs to sit in the reception area . Hes very cheeky and sly ! I went to tell him that night I had bedbugs and he goes he cant do anything about it ! Lastly, I would like to say also I found the bath towels, hand towels, bedsheets they had yellow patches sometimes it had blood stain and now I understand why they were coming from the bedbugs little stain on the bedsheets and cigarettes Staines. Bath towel had little holes everyday. I had to ask someone to give me better towels, but unfortunately every towers were similar. Then I had to buy my own one as well. The most dirtiest hotel ever !
