  : The room very dirty , i couldn t take a shower . Very much noise in the room , they have a apart center that heat the room and the water exactly where you sleep ! Dust , mess on the floor !!!! They put you to wait to clean the room, but they LIE , clean nothing ! The apart is very very messy ! They only change the bed . I slept there 4 nights and nobody came to clean or ask for something !!! I paid one night before the airport transfer , they took my money and in the morning nobody was there, even the car for the airport , so I paid hotel next door , but i think is not the first time when they do this , and I took another car , pay other more money to get the plane, and not loss the fly !! Nobody answer the phone, till now 10.30, and the airport transfer need to be at 08.30 , and they say that you have non stop reception !!! My 55 euro are lost !! I guess is not the first tine when they do this , they know you are in hurry and they take you as a fool !!

  : Absolutely nothing!
  : I traveled with my parents and sister. It was their first time in Istanbul and I feel sorry for taking them to this kind of property. The room was on the 5th floor with no elevator in the building. My parents were too tired using stairs but the person wanted to charge us an extra 20 euros per day for a room downstairs. The room was so unclean and we took some cleaning equipment and cleaned it ourselves. The towels were too dirty, they changed for us but it was still dirty with some disgusting stains, so we bought a new towel ourselves. The wifi did not work at all and sometimes the guy let us use the neighbor's wifi which was too bad connection. The TV did not work all the time. We asked them everyday and they kept saying there's technician on the way who never came to fix it. Very very disrespectful and I will never recommend this place to anybody.

  : Good price. Close to all attractions.
  : Not cleaned enough. One out of two beds were broken so some of us slept on the floor. One of the two rooms didn't have AC or Fan. Bedding and Duet were stained, not clean. Bathroom was stuffy/Misty without an exhaust. Dining chairs were very wobbly. It's a potentially good property but seems neglected. It needs full refurbishment. I hope the owners take this as a constructive feed back and not personal. It's run by brothers who were friendly but the property really needs a good refurbishment and care.

  : 1) Location is very central, you have almost everything at hand. Blue Mosque and Haya Sophia are really close to the place as well as the sea. 2) Its very easy to navigate in the area, however you need to make sure that shops and restaurants are not willing to rip you off, so its important to check options. 3) Personnel is really friendly and welcoming, we had no problems communicating with them.
  : 1) Interior quality... Really, there is an urgent need for renovation. Beds are OK just because we were really tired. There should be a new furniture and complete renovation in the entire flat. Even though location is good, we were strongly surprised by the bad quality of an interior. This place needs urgent investment in renovation. 2) I had a fear that in a flat like this might be the bed bugs, and I'm afraid that without renovation they will appear sooner or later.

  : Absolutely filthy apartment. Do not book if you wish to have a relaxing stay in Istanbul. If you however wish to spend your time dealing with both an owner who completely ignores you and staff that lie to your face feel free. Booking will offer you 0 support.Issues incluse dirty linen covered in marks and what I assume are blood marks. Hairballs in the shower. A level of dust thag makes the air dirty.
