  : It's mentioned there is breakfast, and in reality no breakfast, mention close to center, not close to center, no transportation nearby, they never changed my towel even for once, I stayed 4 nights, not a single night towels have been changed or room have been cleaned, bed sheets are awful, blankets are awful, Wifi it not working properly, I had to go to ground floor to use wifi, place is not human at all, I don't recommend anyone to go there, if they are unable to provide good service, they shouldn't be available as an obtion, no one speak English, so it was a very bad unpleasant experience.

  : I did not eat the breakfast because the place was s dirty, I didn't feel comfortable eating food in an unclean environment. The location is the only thing it has going for it.
  : The staff are rude and unprofessional. The room need updating and a GOOD CLEAN!! The room looks as though it hasn't been cleaned for a year, there was scum and dirt everywhere. I slept in all my clothes and with a hoody on. The following day I found another hotel and paid to stay there instead. It was such a waste of my money.

  : The location is close to many restaurants and shops, including the grand bazaar. Close to the tram service. You get what you pay for. Although the hotel is not amazing, we were Istanbul to explore and enjoy, not to stay in the hotel. All we cared for was a clean, cool room to come to in the evening. The staff were friendly, helped as much as we needed.
  : Im not going to complain.
