  : Nasty dirty rooms, the front desk was drunk as a chip all the time, charged me 10 liras over the mentioned price and then said he had no change. We were in Istanbul for 3 days only, and used our best efforts to get to the place with 4 pieces of luggage, so we didn't want to move, but just couldn't do it and moved on the last day.The place is unsanitary, moldy, our room was never cleaned after previous visitors. We asked for towels four times without success. My friend made a booking in the same hotel and when he arrived the drunk check in guy told him there's no rooms available!Not even mentioning breakfast in dirty nasty plates, smoke everywhere, dirt, mold, holes in the linen and someone's hair and chipped furniture. I never complain about hotels, and I though for this money it doesn't matter, but really it's been the worst hotel I ever stayed in! We felt very unsafe!Save yourself and the money!

  : The Hotel is very close to the Cemberlitas stop of the light rail, so it is easy to reach from the airport and is in the located in the non gentrified side of the street, which is nice and lively and near to a road filled with restaurants, pricier turning left and more affordable turning right. The hotel itself is nothing fancy but very clean. The rooms are tired and could use a fresh coat of paint but are very well kept. On the whole both the reception and my room looked a bit shabby but welcoming and again everything was very clean so the effect was "shabby genteel". The gentlemen at the reception are nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet has a good selection of foods.
