  : First of all, the staff is very kind. You are always received with a smile and they are willing to go the extra mile. We told the staff that our youngest son is a big fan of lasagne. Two days later the manager comes to us and told us that the chef is willing to put it on the menu for one of the following days. Also, the bunk bed initially did not have fall protection for the upper bed, but a quick visit at the reception prior to diner had the staff install it and ready after dinner. Another nice surprise is the shuttle service the hotel offers to transport their guests -free of charge- to both Casamicciola and Lacco Ameno. The property is excellent and well maintained. Nice gardens, four swimming pools out of which two are thermal baths, and two jacuzzis.The food is of good quality. The breakfast, lunch and diner are prepared with fresh ingredients which gives it a good taste.There is so much good to tell about this place. I would advice it to anyone. Thank you for having us stay with you.
  : The shower curtain! Please install sliding doors or just renovate the bathrooms.

  : - complimentary Shuttle Transport to Lacco Ameno and Casamicciola - quiet pool area - stunning view - beautiful garden and terraces - weather was lovely - helpful staff, special and individual wishes were fulfilled - very very friendly staff - clean facilities and room
  : - Bathroom (small and old) - Pillows on bed weren't comfortable - No fridge in the room - Breakfast offer was very limited and unhealthy (no fruits or vegetables) - Staff spoke only Italian with my partner eventhough they knew I didnt understand (they also speak English and German but they chose not to) - No "Do Not Disturb"-Sign - Wifi was not available in our room and in public areas the connection was very slow
