  : 1. Location is good (near the sea, near the beautiful Botanical garden "Giardini La Mortella", not far from the bus stop and you can escape from this hotel);2. The hotel has its own thermal pool;3. The quality of the Wi-Fi is good (70-80%) even in the room in which we stood (209).
  : Everything else was just terrible. I do not recommend this hotel to stay even for a night.We spent 6 days at the end of Aprile 2019 in this hotel. We have chosen a Superior room.1. Pictures of the rooms on the Booking.com web site do not reflect the real picture of what is happening in the rooms. (I believe that pictures were made several years ago when the hotel already was old and then it became even older)2. All the furniture, all finish decoration (walls, floors, ceiling), all facilities (220V sockets, sink, toilet, lamps and so on) are so old, partly damaged, sometimes not function and sometimes dangerous.3. Breakfast was as simple as possible (salami, ham, cheese, bread, yoghurt, apples, tea, coffee)4. Hot water in your room (bathroom) works only from 7 Am till 9 PM (strict rule).5. Strange, awful smell in rooms.6. There is very old and falling apart furniture in the rooms and on the balcony.7. In the best Superior room in the hotel, there was a burnt socket (220V) and it was sparking. It is not safe.8. The outdoor swimming pool was empty and dirty.We asked at the reception to show us other rooms. And because the hotel was almost empty, we had possibilities to look at different options, we were in three different rooms in this hotel, but they were all the same. We paid for a SUPERIOR room, and this just mean: the second floor and sea view, nothing else. In the description of rooms, there is mentioned an area of the rooms: 22-25 m2, it is true only for a couple of rooms, most of them are just 10+m2 (just bed, old wardrobe and small pass between them)!Resume: we travel a lot and this was the worst hotel which we ever saw.Please don't ever stay at this hotel.Message to Booking.com: please revise all photos on the site and description for rooms, they are not relevant and mislead.It is a very bad situation that the hotel has a warranty that if we don't want to stay, they will 100% get our money.
