  : Waiting 20 min for the bread and having a cold egg in the end, was not as expected. But the location was beautiful, at least we enjoyed the view whilst waiting for our never coming bread.
  : We had to change the room because the aircon was leaking water. Also, the room we moved had the same problem in the middle of the night before we were heading the airport, which caused us stress and a sleepless night. Such high-spec accommodation presented, shouldn't have these problems just beginning of the season, showing there was no maintenance taken care of before having the customers.

  : The Serpador Boutique Hotel is positioned in very attractive Torba Bay. It is surrounded by greenery and the view from all rooms are amazing. The personal was very nice, especially the beach bar. They were doing the best to satisfy all guests needs. Cleaners were also very polite. The all-inclusive arrangement was an good, with interesting concept, there was no buffet there was a la carte menu. Swimming pool was clean and no crowded so one can choose between swimming in the pool or sea.
  : The Serpador Boutique Hotel needs renovation, at least the room we stayed in. The biggest problem was seawater pollution. The wind was taking the dirt into the shallow water next to the hotel beach, and it would stay there forever. We had to jump above the dirty water when we were getting into it and dive below when getting out of the water. The breakfast and dinner menus became boring after three days.
