  : The hotel has great potential and was quite reasonably priced.
  : We were met with a room with cobwebs and generally not very clean. The hotel has not been renovated for years. Internet is only available in the reception - and so slow that it is useless (mailbox would not synchronize). Upon check-in we were only provided with two small towels (of the type to dry your hands after washing), and had to ask for bath towels the next day. Upon arriving back on the second night, we noticed that no one had made our room. We asked about this in the reception and were told that "you have to ask for your room to be tidied" (truth told: the rest of the trip they did this without us asking). However, this probably sums up much about the hotel and the staff.

  : Without exception, the staff that I met were all very friendly and helpful, even so far as to carry our luggage up the stairs (and initially down as well) between the office and the street where I was to meet the taxi.Our room was very clean and well appointed. Everywhere else I looked at, the facility was clean. Despite the lack of a shuttle or the mis-applied term of All-Inclusive, if all you want is a place to stay and a very basic breakfast, the price seems fair presuming as I mentioned earlier, stairs are not an issue for you. The price was acceptable.
  : Despite the listing on Booking.com, there is NO shuttle service. They will, if asked will call a taxi for you for a ride to the airport. Cost: About 16 Euros. Also despite the the listing on Booking.com, where it states that this is All-Inclusive, it is NOT. In this case, the definition of All-Inclusive means all food, (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks) is included in the price. At this facility, you get a single serving of breakfast...and it did not resemble anything at all like the pictures. This was frustrating for my wife and I as we specifically chose this location over the other choices for the provided shuttle and the meal plan. Also, there are a A LOT of stairs...everywhere...quite a few of different heights. If you have any physical limitations, this location is not a good choice. You must transverse stairs to do anything. Walk from the street to the Reception Office, "about" 20-25 stairs. To be fair, there is a ramp by the stairs of the entrance to the facility for your suitcases, but that's it. To get to the pool or the beach, it's a hike with all the stairs, and after looking at them, neither I or my wife chose to do. Finally, at one time a few years ago, this facility would have been a really good place to be as it has all the possibilities in place. Over the years, time has obviously taken its toll. While certainly not bad, it could use a few touch-ups, which I hope they will do.
