  : Excellent location right in the centre of Chora, such pleasant friendly staff, basic but clean and rooms cleaned everyday with fresh sheets and towels
  : The hill up to it is a bit steep, but then there are hills everywhere on the Island.

  : The location is perfect, the pool area is really nice, staff is really friendly. Cleaner comes everyday and leave the room clean and tidy. Bed is comfy, there was a really nice balcony with a view to the city, very beautiful.
  : We didnt have hot water most of the times in the room. Our shower had a plastic curtain that was too small for the size of it, so we had to shower with it open, leading to water everywhere. The wifi didnt work in the room we were put in (up the stairs). Should consider providing (or leaving it available to request) hair drier and iron like most hotels do.

  : Excellent staff - free transfer from the port to the hotel. Pool area is very spacious and has a really well-equipped bar and food service. Location is extremely central. The view from the balcony is so lovely and you can watch the sunset.
  : Very very loud at night. We could hear so many people talking into the late hours, as well as blasting music etc. We were also promised a transfer back to the port when leaving, but had to phone a taxi instead.

  : Location is great! The room was very clean and was cleaned everyday, which was very nice. They even folded our clothes sometimes, and were very friendly to us.
  : At the pool they played very loud music which made us not want to hang out at the pool, but mostly was disturbing because we heard it very loud in our room.

  : To start, after hiking up the equivalent of mt Everest we reached the hotel. The hotel is up a very steep bank which isnt ideal. Thankfully the transfer driver saved us here and was helpful with getting us up and down this hill at the start and end of our trip. The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. They sat around in the reception area all day kissing, eating, drinking and smoking. Every time we wanted a drink we had to go and interrupt them which was really intimidating as they made no secret they were annoyed we had disturbed them to ask for something. Also, the kitchen was closed so there was no food available at any time. The cleaning staff did a good job of cleaning the rooms, but on the first day they didnt bother to clean the room at all. And the room had mould, rust and bugs in the bathroom. There was also a dog in the hotel which at first was cute, but was often unsupervised by the staff and left feaces by the pool, and would get excited and bite / nip at us. Overall the stay was ok because we made the most out of it. But we wouldnt return to this hotel for sure.
