  : Niko was a phenomenal host - offered free transport to and from the port and was very helpful throughout our stay. The location is what made this stay so enjoyable for us as its a 2 min walk to clubs and markets + theres a supermarket at the end of the driveway. The room was comfortable with a nice porch. Bus stop is close too.

  : Have travelled to Ios since 1981. I prefer the natural authentic qualities of Ios. The rooms at Lofus are traditional village rooms with all you need. The location excellent. Nikos is great. Very helpful and an authentic Greek family.
  : I like everything about Lofos the Hill. I dislike developments by millionaires that take away from.the natural beauty of the island.

  : Good location but on steep hill. The view very nice across to the Chora and supermarket close by.
  : Wash hand basin tiny with shelf above so even difficult to brush you teeth or shave. No kettle in room but a kitchen at reception however we were refused permission to be able to boil water to make our own coffee. We asked if the tap water was drinkable and were told it was not. There are sometimes outlets for drinking water around town which are free but he didnt tell us there was one. He said we must buy our water from the supermarket. We subsequently found out there was a drinking water outlet right across the road from us. Unbelievable to be so obstructionist.
