  : breakfast was cool they had a few good options
  : the room i had smellled like complete smoke!! like someone literally smoked a pack of cigerettes in the room smh like i literally had to spray before sleeping in i wanted to change rooms but they claim they was full... the bathroom tub drain didnt go down all the way meaning your literally standing in your own dirt while trying to get clean the door also in the room didnt properly close all the way we went a few hours with out even noticing it didnt shut all the way smh honestly almost all these hotels and suites in independence is going down it use to be so nice now its just all trash.

  : I like that the property was on top of the hill in the back in a cul-de-sac area .. also the property was near restaurant, gas station other hotels
  : what I didnt like about the property was when we first arrive at 3 oclock that evening on Saturday. The staff member that was at the desk was rude, disrespectful and nasty and condescending. Then I proceeded to ask the lady were here to check in. She told me we dont check in until 4 oclock, then she proceeds to say my family had sat down in the lobby the older woman proceeds to yellow cross the lobby. Let me know that the deposit was $100 while customers were entering in the building I felt embarrassed, disrespected, and ashamed that our older black woman treat her own kind, rude and nasty and act like we didnt have the financials to take care of our hotel bill. I proceeded to ask the older lady how come they dont have any rooms available when we only have an hour to be able to check in. Then we proceeded to our room and noticed that the door opens wide and slams against the wall. Also, the door closes slowly the beds were small for only one person which is a full size bed. Then we proceeded to check out on Sunday and the lady at the desk named Sherry was very rude, snobby, snooty, and nasty and disrespectful to the point she did not greet us. We had to say good morning to her for her to open up her mouth. Also, she never said she was going to walk away to get a manager or supervisor or someone to help her. It took over 15 minutes for her to come back and we was waiting for her for 20 minutes just to check out..I truly hit the worst Customer Service ever in my entire life at a hotel. I will never come back to Cleveland Ohio or stay at that hotel again I felt like she treated the Caucasians and other races better than black African-American people and also Sherry was black as well.

  : The price, location, and convenience are always on point. My biggest concern with lower-rated hotels is the condition of the carpet throughout the facility, especially in the room. And I can honestly say, I felt pretty comfortable and I wasn't anxious.
  : Overall, I was content and will return. Especially if the price is right.
