  : The smell, the bed linens were dirty, the fire department had to come because the fire alarms kept going off. The smell of weed was terrible. The workers don’t know how to speak English and they didn’t know how to print a receipt.

  : Staff weren't rude, just a bit "I'm so done with you".
  : Incredibly disappointed. I stayed here 5 years ago and it was decent, but something must've happened between then and now to really turn the quality down. Took us 3 tries to get the correct rooms/keys that would work, "landlord special" fixes everywhere (painting over issues instead of fixing them), weird smell in the rooms (strong perfume or cleaner?), and not great staff. Parking lot is a nightmare. Bathroom was FILTHY. I dont expect a thourough mopping everyday, but one wipe of the floor with a towel revealed lord knows what (pictures included), like come on, thats just gross. Old pee caked on the walls?? BTW- the "double" room is one bed. I didn't know this when booking, and the man at the desk argued with us for a bit saying its booking.com's fault and we can "bring it up with them." To his credit I didn't know that was a bed type and he did change the issue room. Also ffs use the card on file!

  : An eye for detail would make a huge difference in the updates, it is clear that some of the updates were not up to standard (gouges, quick fixes, sloppy workmanship)

  : It was the worst hotel experience for my family, not just because of the hotel itself, but especially due to the staff. I made a reservation for four people (two adults and two kids), but when we arrived, our room had only one full bed. When I brought this up with the staff, they told me there was nothing they could do. Is it acceptable to offer only one full-sized bed for four people? How was I supposed to know about the facilities? This reservation was unfair, and I felt extremely disappointed and disrespected. After almost an hour of arguing with them, they moved us to another room, but it had a broken sofa. Really disappointed experience
