  : Good location in front of a park, not too far away from the city center of Zilina. Plenty of free parking space. The restaurant under the hotel is great and breakfast is simple but with everything one needs. The staff was incredibly nice!
  : I got a roof-top Room, room temperature was hard to pick and couldn't open the window to cool down. WiFi in some parts of the room was weak.

  : My room wasnt cleaned once for the month and a half of my stay. Some staff was rude. Breakfast was included at price and I wasnt able to cancel it even if I got the notice one day that they apologized that there wont be any breakfast following Monday. instead they gave me sandwich with ham and I had no fridge in the room! Another day there was almost nothing to choose from. There were 3 weddings at the Camelia pension and it was noisy at night and early morning. I had to ask to change my towels as they didnt change them for a week even if they told me to drop used ones on the floor in hallway. I had to step over them for couple of days to a full week. Horrible stay. I am never ever going back!!!

  : My recent experience with Kamlia was nothing short of disappointing. I had a reservation for a stay, and despite being only 7 minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not allowed to check in and my parents were left with no accommodation. The lack of flexibility in accommodating a slight delay was quite frustrating.Moreover, what further added to my dissatisfaction was the fact that the money I had paid for the night (96) was never returned to me, despite my inability to check in and actually use the room. This lack of refund for the unused stay left me feeling like I had paid for a service I didn't receive. I tried to contact Kamelia using mail, phone but no luck. It feels like the owner is cowardly hiding and not picking up the phone.I believe in fairness and customer-centric service, and unfortunately, this experience did not live up to my expectations. I hope Kamelia considers revising their policies to be more accommodating in situations like this and provides clearer refund procedures to ensure a more positive experience for future guests.Overall, my stay at Kamelia was marred by this incident, and I hope they take this feedback into consideration for the benefit of their guests in the future.

  : Empty reception all day and night..nobody to ask about some infoThere is no option for breakfast package if you are living early before breakfast time.3 days, nobody from house keeping entered in our rooms for clean towels or garbage, replace shampoo ...cleans the room....
