  : Communication was fine until the afternoon of the traveling day. When I got the hotel, I couldn't enter the hotel...
  : Unfortunately, I couldn't stay at the hotel, because nobody answered my callings... The communication and the kindness of the host was very good until the afternoon, while I was traveling. The last message from the hotel asked me to call and inform my presence. At 11 PM, as planned, I arrived and the hotel was closed (as expected), but when I called the indicated phone number to inform my arrival, nobody answered me. After about 20 min out of the Hotel Slovan, I decided to look for a different hotel, because of cold temperature and my tiredness (journey: Naples -> Wien -> Bratislava -> Zilina). When I received a calling from the Slovan, it was at midnight and I explained that I had found another accommodation.

  : The owner and assistant were super helpful! I was 2 hours delayed (train) and they waited for me, gave me good recommendations, etc...Bed was good, room had everything you need.
  : Walls are thin and it's noisey.
