  : Host was very flexible regarding check in and in communication everything went smoothly. Location is ok.
  : Bed in living room was not comfortable. Toilet tub is plastic and the sound isolation is poor, you can hear your neighbours.

  : Dirty, sofa bed full of stains, even the curtains had stains from previous guests. Plates and cup also dirty from previous guests. See pictures below. Had not been cleaned before our arrival. Full of bird poop on the windows and balcony.Owner only cared about getting money. Actually tried to trick us into staying in another room at another apartment block close by, which, however, was barely finished and looked like a construction site with cranes and grovel right outside. First, he sent me a different address to meet. Once I realized it was another room I sent him a message and asked for the room I had booked. Still, when we met, he took me to that other room trying to convince me it was better. Seriously over-priced. He actually charged us about 9-10 lei more than the price on the platform. I only later realized. Once I had made payment, he had the audacity to ask me to cancel the booking reservation. Platform should seriously think about doing business with this person.

  : Apartment was clean and was well equipped. Location is great, very close to Palas Mall
  : we didnt have prepared blankets and pillows for all checked persons. Staff brought us everything after our call and we had to make our bed. The sofa bed in the living room was broken so it was hard to sleep on it even for 1 person. we had to stay only one night, so didnt complain to the host, but make sure the bed is fine on check-in.

  : The apartment is very near the centre, clean with new furniture
  : We had to wait for some time for the host to deliver the keys, the bathroom needed a shower screen and towel rails. The bedroom needed side reading lights
