  : I was accommodated to a new, recently furnished flat. It was very cosy inside, classic furniture and mild gray colours. The kitchen features great variety of cooking appliance, namely 2 pots, a big pan, set of 5 glasses, cups, 3 types of plates, cutlery, various knives and wooden spatulas, fridge, oven, gas cooking panel, etc. Modern heating control system.A very welcoming and responsive host: I managed to checkin just in no time (10mins), he exchanged the currency for me (though it is not something extraordinary in Iai), and responded quickly several times I had issues.Also, as advertised, it is located in 5 mins walk near the Palace Mall (i.e., the city centre)
  : Middle-size pot in the kitchen would be much appreciated. Also, I miss the ladle (in case you are going to cook, these are important).Another issue (though not essential for me) is, that the WiFi was not available during 1st week of my stay: apparently it was not installed properly before I moved in.Last, but not least, I forgot my personal item in the flat, packing my suitcases in haste, but, unfortunately, it was not found by the cleaning staff

  : Excellent placement, close to Palas business center.Well furnished and with all necessary appliances for a comfortable stay.Quiet, well lit.
  : Host could improve their manners.Smelled slightly of cigarettes and the living room table had cigarette burns. Not the fault of the host, but that of previous tenants as the place is non smoking. Finding a place to park requires "creativity".Slow wi-fi speed.
