  : It appears the new rooms are going to be really pretty, however staying mid-construction is awful. You should of just closed during renovations.
  : The pool is closed in the middle of summer. You should of just closed until construction was complete and all amenities are available to your guests. You have a lot of nerve charging full price.

  : we can't sleep because the fire alarm start make a lot noise at 4 am and stop at 6:30 am. We pay for sleep at hotel and we don't sleep. And the staff the hotel tell me they go give me my money back and this is a lies. I don't received no money back.

  : The children's area is great, like the swimming pools, the pool area staff are excellent, the accommodations are great!
  : When checking in we had problems because we booked the room with the water park included, when we arrived they said it was not included, and we had to pay for the park, my daughter lost her bracelet and we charged her a fee so she could use the water park. swimming pool, even though we said we had paid to enter, in other words, they left a lot to be desired in terms of checking and checkout, this made me wonder if it was worth going back again, I don't think I'll be back

  : This hotel should not be open. It is a building site. It is dirty and dangerous. We hugely overpaid on booking.com many months ago as renovations were supposed to be complete before we arrived. Prices on their site and booking.com have been greatly reduced since then as major renovations are ongoing. The hotel agreed we were paying too much however we were told by hotel there was nothing they could do as we used a 3rd party. At checkin they suggested cancelling with booking.com and paying them much less directly but couldn’t guarantee we’d get our money back so we declined

  : There was nothing that made me happy.
  : The hotel was under constructiom and it was a accifent waiting to happen in every corner.when we booked we were not aware the water park was extra '. We have been going there every year and the waterpark was always included. The outside pool was unavailable because of the construction. We were not given clean towels for our overnight stay. As I said before we have been going there for years andI would never go there again and I will never book with booking.com again! Horrible!!

  : Nothing, it was not what I was expecting for $500
  : I didn’t like that it was nothing of what it looked like in the photos that the place promotes, the place was under construction which you find out once you get there not through their website or trough an advertisement while booking. Me and my husband were going from Boston all the way there to relax in the pool and jacuzzi and were looking to get a massage in the “spa” which is what you guys promote in your website but all this things were closed and under construction, and you get nothing in return, not a cheaper price or an apology for what was closed, which is so disappointing. For a $500 knight I was expecting much better. Also the check out was supposed to be at 11AM and we were having staff at 9:30 already knocking in the door ready to clean, and they went even far as to opening the door while my husband and I were still in the room which is so disturbing. Also they wanted to charge us $30 of resort fee when we had already payed for that, if I wouldn’t have taken a screen shot of that receipt they would’ve charge me twice for the same thing. This was such a disappointing experience, I would’ve rather payed those $500 dollars in a luxury hotel in Boston central or even Encore casino, and I know for sure I would’ve received a much better and luxurious experience. Never visiting this place ever again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, if you guys want to go because of the water park, I would suggest just going for a day trip, the pass to the water park is $50 each and is not included in the reservation to the hotel. So there’s no need for you to spend so much money just for a bed, Holiday Inn is close to there and for a cheaper price.
