  : Bed bugs! Was assigned a room on second floor as soon as you get off the elevator. Less than 30 minutes after lying down, I was bitten up and down my arms. Went to front desk and the clerk who said he also worked as an EMT looked at my arms and called the manager, a young woman who tried to put us in a room two doors down, telling me I could be allergic to the detergent used on the bedding. No way! I know bites when I see them. This was not a rash but distinct bites from something. I requested a refund and she told me that was impossible. I made it clear that I was not staying in that hotel and I expected a full refund, which I eventually got. I went on my cruise miserable from the bites and my arms looked a mess. Horrible 30 minutes in this hotel and that’s all I needed to know I will never go back.

  : The location was ugly and scary. 2 luggage racks filled to the brim at the front, lobby full of questional people, it smelled, and trash in back was excessive and overflowing. Pool wasn't operational and plumbing issues. We canceled and found another hotel.

  : The staff allowed us to drop our things off early so no risk of our rental getting broken into. Getting checked in was seamless. The ice machine worked well.
  : The room was layed out weird no room in the bathroom to get dressed. If we would have stayed more than 1 night we would need to move to a different hotel.
