  : We needed a place to stay because of the disaster emergency.We have been without lights at home for 3 days. I had to return to work and needed a cool night's rest and my wifes health is compromised.When I get to the hotel the front attendant yells and asks if I had a reservation.He tells another man his room won't be available for over an hour. It was already close to 8pm. He's been there waiting for over 2 hrs.all he could do was tell him checkout is at 11am I told.him he has posted at 12 pm.He yelled at me and said " I could just leave if I didn't like it .." you can just lose your reservation...I told him it's paid for .. he replied You will lose it!! They had a sign no bfast.. we had to wait until close to 10pm..the room issued to us was dirty. a huge bottle of urine was in the room with false eyelashs..the bed was all unmade..the bathroom was filthy and towels were thrown everywhere..I don't know if it was because of the storm. The guy was rude and ugly and not supportive..The AC was hot in the room and not cooling ..we were afraid to stay in the room..the room next to us smelled like Marijuana..nothing was said to them..they had the window open and smoking inside the hotel..

  : The shower seat for the handicapped was a dangerous piece of equipment. Not attached to tub or wall in any way. Very dangerous and will result in an accident and probable lawsuit!

  : Nothing besides the price.
  : This place is terrible. We left early after 2 nights because the last night we spent there was awful. Children and adults were running and screaming in the hallway all night. The room phone simply didn't work, and I was afraid to walk to the reception to complain, so we just endured it. The cleanliness is mediocre, and the breakfast is basic. For this price, I'm sure I could have found something a bit better. My recommendation: Don't go!

  : The room had a vent cover missing in the bathroom, rust on the shower wall, mold in the bathroom, the microwave was missing the ring that keeps the plate in place, there was plastic covering the smoke alarm. All this and they expected $100 deposit from me (which I've never had to do even at much better hotels). I could see if it was actually a nice place but it was far from that.
