Pet-Friendly Houston Home Less Than 2 Mi to Downtown!

  : The location is nice. In the heart of downtown and around the corner from a great coffee shop, Luigi's Pizza and a few night life spots.
  : The house is cute. The location will not be for everyone. The night life is a constant hum in the evening. The property looks like is was just recently put on the short term stay list. There needs to be more furniture and a couple of books in the living room and magazines. In kitchen, there should be salt, pepper, olive oil. A coffee maker is needed along with the following: the bed needs a matress pad, hair conditioner would have been nice in the shower. Coffee and tea would have been nice in the kitchen. Owner to please note that the faucet in small bathroom off the dining room has a loose fitting, the toilet in same bathroom had to be watched because I found it running and the flush level needed to be fiddled with. I would not make this a pet friendly house. I am not sure if there was an odor of pet in the house or just other odor from remodel, but there was an odor in the house on the first and second day that I did not like. Also, the blinds in the front room and bedroom are too delicate. It was nice to allow the sun to come in, but the top of the blinds needs to be secured properly- not just with glue. It is important to allow the sun to come in, sometimes. Being able to see out to the street and yard is important.
