WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Modern Montrose Condo in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note: guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in, and must present a valid, government-issued photo ID.

Please note: no parties or loud music are allowed in the unit. The unit may not be used for illicit activities that violate local, state or federal laws.

Please note: this unit is completely non-smoking.

Please note: pets are not permitted.

Please note: a fee of USD 35 will be charged for each lost key.

Please note: the unit must be left in the same condition as when guests checked in.

Please note: contact the property if you know of or caused any damage to the unit. Guests should also contact the property for emergencies.
