  : Nothing I like! My expectation was fall down to worst experience staying in this hotel.
  : 06/23,2024- Staff- First of all the staff duty in front desk thought she ok but been rude, i book online and I came to location late at night. She gave me the room all the way to 18th floor. When I get to the room the phone has no dial tone. I called her over my cellphone and told about it and and she told me she has nothing to do on it.. then I asked the wifi connection and she want me to go down to the lobby and will teach me how to connect. I said no way!Room- is the worst! The ac not working a little bit blowing from the fan and we slept sweating all night! The sink is clogged and the water leak Goin to the bedroom and the carpet was wet and smell like mold on it. The phone has no dial tone can't make a call for room service. The bath tub is so dirty and has still dirt side by side. It has a little chicken underneath by the center table looks like the cleaning didn't clean it right..the overlooking mirror is full of dust inside and out. On the front desk they will collect $50 for deposit after I paid the room. Then the parking is not free $20 to enter the parking lot. The breakfast charge me $41.60+ tip. (But I pay the room breakfast is included) Overall this hotel charge me another $121.70 with tax. I thought I was saving a lot but totally not! Staying here is not worth it. I should not even give a 1 star on this.. well took pictures of all my reviews.

  : Musty smell in the room; even worse smell in the elevator. The bedsheets had stains on them. There was water dripping in the tub from the ceiling, there was a maggot in the toilet.
