Lavish Apartment near Houston Medical Centre

  : Went to stay here with my kids & fianc the apartment owner gave someone else our apartments code to get in the room! Me and my fianc was in the back when we heard our daughter screaming because people had walked into our apartment room! we immediately called the front desk to let them know someone had just walked into our room & also had the codes to our door! When the man arrived he just told the people who had walked into our room come on let me give you another room! I had to stop him and ask him to change our door codes to our door because obviously the people had our code to our door! He said no they dont have the code, this is when the lady standing there says yes we do we just walked into their apartment because we were told we were staying here as well! He rudely says okay I will be back to change your code & walks off with the group of people to go give them another room! We were only down there for the weekend and was about to head out to go on with our day, the man never returned we waited 45 mins upon calling him again he returned change our door code! I told him I needed to speak with someone about the situation and he told me to call another lady named Andrea! Once calling her she did not answer the phone I left a voicemail and she never returned my call! I called again the next morning & she answered. She told me that the man name Ivery whom was the one who changed my door codes was who I was suppose to speak to that he was the owner! She said she would get him to give me a call back, he never called back! I never seen him again throughout our whole stay regardless to how hard I tried to get someone NO ONE contacted me or said anything! I would definitely NOT recommend staying here especially if you have children!!!!

  : There were dead roaches in the cabinet and old hair on the towels . I had to purchase new towels from the store because the ones provided werent clean

  : Booking shows beautifully decorated and comfortable apartments, while in reality just a simple dusty apartment where carpets smell like dogs and stinky feet.
