  : The bed was very comfy. I was able to check in earlier than usual since my flight arrived in Houston early. The front desk was amazing.

  : Bed was extremely comfortable and room was spacious and clean.
  : Wallpaper was peeling on the edges you could clearly see it from afar. I was given a room that connects to another room without my knowledge. I was opening it when I heard a voice saying I'm sleeping on this side. Luckily I could look it from my side. The other doors I couldn't lock bc door wasn't leveled so couldn't close it properly.

  : Convenient to nearby restaurants, the university, and the medical center. Convenient self parking. Good food at the restaurant despite slow service. Very comfortable beds.
  : Mid-stay they replaced all the locks on the guest rooms, which was a very poorly organized and executed situation. We were locked out of our room for hours, needing staff to come up each time we needed to access our room to let us in. The hallways were filled with guests sitting with their luggage outside rooms they could not access, because the new locks were improperly installed. Our door handle even fell off after they supposedly fixed it. It was truly ridiculous what a mess the whole situation was, and while the staff did their best to take care of everyone, they were not prepared for such a disaster. It didn’t make any sense why they would replace everyone’s locks in the middle of their stay instead of waiting until the room was vacant in between guests. We felt horrible for guests who had just gone through long travel days only to check in and discover they had to sit in the hall outside their rooms waiting to be manually let in. The staff offered minimal apologies and nothing was done to compensate for the major inconvenience this caused. Separately, the rooms were poorly stocked with things like towels, toilet paper, etc. which was also an inconvenience.
