  : The staff was really nice, especially the breakfast lady.
  : We have checked in around 20:00 and in both rooms we have booked the windows were open. There was no heating, radiators were cold and outside 6 degrees over the night. We had a fan in the room, dont know if we supposed to heat with that but it was so dirty and full of dust that we decided not to turn on.

  : Very convenient for working at West Middlesex hospital. Parking was no problem which is a major plus in London. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Room itself was comfortable and noise from downstairs wasnt too bad especially considering its a room above a city pub
  : TV didnt work and no-one seemed to be able to do anything about it over the 2 nights I was there. It just wasnt prioritised by the staff unfortunately and it affected my stay negatively. Over 100 per night for a room above a pub is a lot, even in London area. Expected a bit more.

Wonderful

  : Clean, comfy and a wonderful staff. Despite being a bit of a ride from downtown London, there is such a great transit system around to get you easily to all sorts of places, including into downtown if you want. For the price and the ease of movement, it is SO much more worth staying out here vs shelling out hundreds more to stay in the center of London. Especially loved going to Richmond and down to Hampton court. It was an easy little walk and then train ride (so cheap) to Waterloo, which stuck me in the heart of everything. The staff here was amazing. You are staying above a pub but closing time = total silence downstairs. Slept like a rock. Would definitely stay again.

  : Clean, convenient for my trip purpose to visit family and Heathrow. The room was lovely and I felt safe and cozy
  : I probably wouldnt recommend it for families because its a room above a pub and at night there are dark alleyways/pan handlers around the area but for a confident solo traveler or couple it was perfect.
