  : 2 burly guys blocked the entrance when we arrived at 21:30 straight from Heathrow from the U.S. Told us to go away. No help, said no staff was at the hotel to assist. Guessing a VIP for the Queens funeral took over the Ramada. Funeral was the next day, so everything was FULL. The Travelodge across the street was also full, but the WONDERFUL TRAVELODGE STAFF used their cellphones to find us a room in another Travelodge in a nearby town, AND call us an Uber to take us there. Simply wonderful! After all these years if staying at the Ramada, we will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN, or at any other Ramada. Booked this room months in advance through Booking.com. NOTHING FROM BOOKING.COM, either. Travelodge, you have our thanks and our loyalty! This did not need to be this horribly done. I had sent another email to Ramada a few days before our trip, knowing the funeral would jam the hotels. Heard NOTHING, until the day OF the funeral, when Ramada replied saying the hotel was closed. If I had not sent that email, bet we never would have heard a word.Nothing like being on the street, mid-70s, late at night. Thank you, TRAVELODGE. No thanks to either Ramada or Booking.com!

  : Hi,Refer to their email below. This applies to booking number 3696715410. We had a total of 4 nights at Ramada Hotel, and two nights were cancelled when we arrived at the hotel. We were told that Ramada could not do anything about returning money and that we had to contact you. I paid this in advance and would like you to refund the two nights that were cancelled. Not only that, it cost us extreme mental strain when you are traveling with a child as well. We found no available hotels in the area and thus had to pay extra to be able to get a place to stay!We paid a total of NOK 8,500 for our stay. It would be nice if you could give us the money and any compensation for what has happened to us!Kind regards,Nimra Ghauri
