  : Immediately upon entering our room with were hit with a terrible smell. It lingered throughout the night even after we opened our windows. Our room was not clean and did not feel sanitary. There was dust build up on the lamp shades and table tops. The shower in the bathroom had a yellow ring around the tub, and hairs around the drain. Because of this I refused to shower in there. The floors were absolutely gross. My husband and I took off our shoes, and after walking around in our socks for a couple of minutes-our socks turned black from the dirt. Absolutely disgusting. We were close to leaving in the middle of the night but just decided to stick it out and wait until the morning to leave and make phone calls to customer service. You would think because of the area that it’s in, the place would be at least decent. Most definitely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I will not be coming back here ever again.

  : The room had a full size fridge instead of the traditional tiny fridges that are in rooms. It also had a stove top burner as well.
  : I was very upset when I arrived to check in. I had prepaid online. During check in the front desk associate stated that I had to pay a damage deposit. I was upset due to the fact that it should be stated online. She was aware that it isn’t online and that they charge you at check in. They also refused to allow me to give them cash. So now there is a hold on my card for 3-5 business days. Aside from that, the hotel smelled terrible from tobacco to marijauna. The room istelf was filthy. The cleanliness guidelines that they are supposed to abide by did not take place during my stay. The sheets were outdated and dirty. My towels had stains on them. The floor was dirty. The shower and tub was dirty. There were dead bugs on the floor. Lastly, the hotel allowed pets and someone allowed their pet to have a BM outside and left it there. Oh and my key cards didn’t work to enter the side door where my room was. So I had to work all the way around the building. I will not stay here again.
